This is a vintage Dr. Douglas' Wonder Baker, the "most versatile cooking and serving pan... ever!" These were sold back in the 80's and early 90s via infomercials and in some boutique stores, and nowadays they're hard to find, but people who use them SWEAR by them and think they're just the cat's meow (seriously - look around on the internet - people love these). The shovel-shaped, glazed natural-clay pan reduces baking time and keeps food hot for up to 45 minutes. It's got a non-stick, non-scratch surface, it's safe for all types of ovens AND microwaves, and it's dishwasher safe. Made in the USA, each one of these pans was hand-finished and decorated by American craftsmen, and no two are exactly alike. The surface is a blue splatter pattern on white, and the slightly slanted (or "askew") handle is part of the design, providing better balance and stability. Measures 11" X 6.25" and 1" deep (handle is 4" long). This Wonder Baker has never been used and is in absolutely excellent condition. I do not have the recipe booklet that came with it. My aunt had it stored in the garage for years with the booklet sitting on top while the pan was wrapped in bubble wrap, so the booklet unfortunately disappeared but the pan stayed like new.
