Refund/Exchange Policy: Live Plants are generally shipped on Monday to Friday to assure that the plants will arrive in a healthy condition. Our company guarantees complete satisfaction or receive a credit or a refund.

If you wish to return the products, simply contact us by e-mail within 5 business days. We will issue a credit or refund for all products returned to us. All returns shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. Please note: No refund will be issued without a returned product.
Damage Product Return/Exchange Policy: If the products are damaged during transit, take a picture of the damaged products, and the package shows the shipping label clearly at front, including side and bottom and email us directly. Please email us the picture of the damaged product and the package within 2 business days. We will provide you with care/product replacement instructions and determine if a refund is necessary. Please note: A picture must be provided in order to receive a full refund or replacement.
