Shipping Risk or Loss Policy:
Live Plants are generally shipped on Monday to Saturday, except Friday to assure that the plants will arrive in a healthy condition. However, we also ship on Friday for MA buyers.
Our company will ship products to the address designated on the order. Our company will not responsible for incorrect address entered in your order. The shipping confirmation with tracking number will be provided to you upon shipping. Please notify us if you do not see a delivery status in your tracking information. Our company will not be responsible for the lost of packages at your delivery address if the tracking and the local carrier confirm delivery.
Return policy
Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsRefund/Exchange Policy: Live Plants are generally shipped on Monday to Friday to assure that the plants will arrive in a healthy condition. Our company guarantees complete satisfaction or receive a credit or a refund.
If you wish to return the products, simply contact us by e-mail within 5 business days. We will issue a credit or refund for all products returned to us. All returns shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. Please note: No refund will be issued without a returned product.
Damage Product Return/Exchange Policy: If the products are damaged during transit, take a picture of the damaged products, and the package shows the shipping label clearly at front, including side and bottom and email us directly. Please email us the picture of the damaged product and the package within 2 business days. We will provide you with care/product replacement instructions and determine if a refund is necessary. Please note: A picture must be provided in order to receive a full refund or replacement.
