Buyers have 30 days from the original shipping date to return items. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Simply turn the original mailer inside-out and affix the details to the outside of the mailer. We will process your refund when received. Please note that damaged goods, including broken sticks, bent propellers and personal markings on the wood will not be eligible for refund.
