Shipping policy
All shipments are delivered from Canada using the trusted national carrier Canada Post. Shipments to Canada and the United States should be completed within 7 days.
International shipments outside of Canada / USA will take 10 to 21 days.
Return policy
Full refund available within 30 daysBuyers have 30 days from the original shipping date to return items. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Simply turn the original mailer inside-out and affix the details to the outside of the mailer. We will process your refund when received. Please note that damaged goods, including broken sticks, bent propellers and personal markings on the wood will not be eligible for refund.

All shipments are delivered from Canada using the trusted national carrier Canada Post. Shipments to Canada and the United States will take up to 7 days. International shipments are sent by air and will arrive within 14 days.
Three-Paks are not available outside of North America as the marginal weight increase makes shipping cost prohibitive to those countries.
