In case of the return the customer must contact us and request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the returning item. All returns due to the customer’s mistake are subject of 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling cost is not refundable. Items returned without RMA number or after 30 days will not be accepted.
