Shipping policy
Item ships within 24 hours upon complete payment during normal working days/hours / CDT. Excluded Weekends, National Holidays. Shipping methods used: USPS First Class, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Fedex Ground.
Return policy
Replacement product available within 30 daysIn case of the return the customer must contact us and request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for the returning item. All returns due to the customer’s mistake are subject of 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling cost is not refundable. Items returned without RMA number or after 30 days will not be accepted. We provide refund if you’re not satisfied with our product, but we can refund only the purchase price. If you are not agree with these conditions, please do not purchase. The buyer must notify us within 14 days from the date the item was received for any return. Items must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. All returns due to our error will receive a full refund, including shipping. All other returns are subject of 15% restocking fee and no reimbursement of shipping fees. It is fully buyer’s responsibility to comply with our terms and conditions. Failure to follow our return policy will result in returning item’s rejection.
