The book was originally published in 1902, has a copyright date of 1902, and was published by Charles Scribner's Sons. The cover is in good condition, but has some wear at the edges and corners and has quite a bit of scuff marks on it, and the spine edge is faded. The spine and binding are good, although the binding is beginning to loosen, especially at the front and back of the book, and 552 pages are intact and in good condition, although they are yellowed with age. This is a nice vintage novel, and a wonderful collectible book.
