Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with original manufacturer and Sandbar Harbor Outlet or Sandbar Boutique tags attached. Merchandise stained, worn, laundered, dry-cleaned or otherwise compromised is not returnable. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is returnable. To maintain accuracy, please include the Bonanza Sandbar Harbor Outlet packing slip with the merchandise you’re returning. When shipping your return, we suggest that you purchase insurance at the rate of value as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by your carrier of choice.

Please note that as we offer Free Shipping on all of our items, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will refund the amount paid for the merchandise via the mode of payment used in the original transaction. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
