Shipping policy

All purchases shipping within the USA are shipped FREE via USPS:

  • Standard Shipping (1-5 business days)
  • First Class Mail (2-3 business days)

We also offer expedited shipping via UPS & FedEx whereby the purchaser must pay the expedited shipping charge. Please contact us directly for expedited shipping info. Sorry, we do not ship to international destinations at this time.

Return policy

Full refund available within 30 days

Our desire is that you’re absolutely thrilled with your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition with original manufacturer and Sandbar Harbor Outlet or Sandbar Boutique tags attached. Merchandise stained, worn, laundered, dry-cleaned or otherwise compromised is not returnable. We reserve the right to determine whether an item is returnable. To maintain accuracy, please include the Bonanza Sandbar Harbor Outlet packing slip with the merchandise you’re returning. When shipping your return, we suggest that you purchase insurance at the rate of value as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged by your carrier of choice.

We thoroughly inspect every item prior to shipping, however if you receive a damaged item, please contact us right away by phone: 248.987.4811 or email: customercare@sandbarboutique.com to arrange return or exchange if the item is still available.

Please note that as we offer Free Shipping on all of our items, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will refund the amount paid for the merchandise via the mode of payment used in the original transaction. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
