Buyers can return any PRE-OWNED item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in the original great condition that it is sent and there is no sign of use or damage. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All NEW items can only be returned if the merchandise is unopened and in the exact same condition that it was sent to the buyer. New items that are not in sealed packaging are accepted for returns if the item is in the exact same condition that it was shipped to you.
NO REFUNDS will be given to opened (merch that was sealed) or damaged new merchandise Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
