Item description
Vintage Asian Rose Madorin Porcelain Tea/ Sake Cup Marked Macau. It measures approximately 2 1/4" Tall x 2 3/4" D at the top x 1" D at the bottom. It is hand painted and, on the bottom, it is stamped Decorated in Macau. It has no handle. It is mainly pink and green but has touches on blue, yellow, black, tan and burgundy. The rim is gold trimmed with gold accents throughout the painting on the cup. The chinoiserie design highlights flora and people. This is perfect to add to any Asian glassware collection, sake/ tea cup collection or just anyone that finds the beauty in this little cup. Condition is preowned with no chips or cracks. The gold trim around the rim is fading in places due to age, use and love. The hand painting on the cup is still bright and beautiful. There are a couple of scuffs on the bottom.
