Vintage Hand painted Satsuma Enamel Textured Asian Vase/ Urn with Handles RARE. Approximate measurements are: 10 1/2" Tall x 9 1/4" Wide (handle to handle) x 7" D at the top x 5" D at the bottom and weighs approximately 5 lbs. 3 oz without packing materials. Approximately Circa 1960's. It is unbranded; however, the bottom does say: Made in China, #16 (in red). On 2 sides there are two Stunning Birds on a Hillside surrounded by Trees Flowers. On the other 2 sides there are flower geometric designs these designs can also be found under the top edge on the pedestal. Crackle Detail throughout entire Vase. Gold handles, trim, edging accents. Glazed on the majority of the Vase with the other parts being raw stoneware. This Vase/ Urn is a Beautifully crafted Hand painted piece of ART. Condition is preowned with no chips or cracks. There is some wear on the gold handles bottom due to age. Remember- all hand painted items could have small imperfections or bubbles. This just adds to the Charm Beauty!! T14
