I don’t refund for magnetic cases if they have a scratch or any other issues. Most if not all of the magnetic cases are in nice condition and some will come with Velcro on them from displaying the cards. If you get a magnetic case consider that a bonus because most sellers out there sell even the nicest cards in top loaders so once again consider it a bonus. Ty
