This person received their item on the same day this feedback was left (1 week after purchase), and I never received any messages from him after initially sending his tracking info. I've wondered if this feedback was a mistake, meant for someone else. It was pointed out to me that I should leave some reply here, so, although I don't know what this comment was about, I'm leaving this here for the record. |

Media mail is often frustrating as it is so slow. As explained in item description and messages, I ship once a week unless otherwise requested. Media mail can take weeks to arrive. Item purchased on 4/18 cannot be expected by 4/22, unfortunately. |

Book was ordered the NIGHT of 7/25, so buyer waited exactly 8 business days before leaving neg feedback, and with no communication. Media mail sometimes takes weeks, which I would have explained if asked. I had no idea there was a problem. USPS shows it still in transit, currently in CA. Please email before leaving feedback. |

She said it would take 6 weeks to receive my items in the mail..bonz told me to to file against her..bonz agreed it doesn't take 6 weeks to get the items by priority mail..CLEARLY seller was dishonest and doesn't want to admit it..thats really sad.. |

So, none of that happened. Ron was at rudeness level 11 from the beginning. Books shipped to correct address. Ron looked at tracking, didn’t understand direction the package was going. I explained media mail takes strange routes sometimes, but also filed inquiry with USPS when delivery took exceptionally long & package appeared stuck at one spot. My exact words: “I think it’s best to see what they find before deciding if a refund is in order.” He immediately left this feedback, books were delivered a few days later.
