Making jewelry is my passion. I bead, do lapidary and silver smithing. At the Orange County Fair in California for the last five years I have won first place for my beading. I am a rock hound and I like to add cabochons to my pieces. I have been a member of my rock club (SARM), Santa Ana Rock and Mineral club for years and was the president for four years. I am a former art teacher. I studied art at Long Beach State College. I grew up around art as both my parents were artists. My parents had a mosaic DIY kit business before DIY was popular. Our business started out in our home before they got a store front. My parents most known mosaic is called Easter Island. You can google it to see a photo of it.
