Because of sensitivities to synthetics ever since I was a little girl, making my own soaps, balms, shampoo etc. has been a delight to me since 2004 when I first starting making goat milk soap. Over the years I have added a number of other products as needs arise and requests come in. Most of the recipes are my own and you won't find the same product anywhere else! I think it is great because now I know exactly what I am putting on my skin. (No synthetics, artificial scents or colors...)
I also enjoy the goats a lot and hope to eventually add some photos of them, for you to enjoy as well.
I also enjoy creating useful items from what others might class as junk. I remember when my brother and I were quite young we sat on the lawn, under the grand old Maple tree and snipped paper with our scissors. I've been snipping little bits and scraps of paper or fabric ever since. Greeting cards and quilts are some of my favorite snipped creations. (My brother has moved on to farming and growing Lady Finger Popcorn!)
