The items we sell are genuine branded, Purchased from closeout sales and or wholesale auctions, the item may be shelf pulled, overstocked, refurbished or customers returned.
Most are in like new condition in original box with all accessories. Some items may not be in the original box or have manual.
Each unit has been inspected, when possible, to ensure units function properly.
We Ship next day, except for orders placed on Friday and Saturdays.
Shipping
We use USPS for retail packages. The large quantity wholesale order would be shipped by UPS or FedEx.
Expedite/Express shipping is available as well.
International orders would be shipped by USPS. Please choose the right shipping options when checking out the order.
Return/Warranty
All orders purchased from this site have a 30 days money back warranty, or a 2 month exchange and 4 months fix/repair service warranty. For DOA unit or Within 1 month defective unit, NO QUESTION ASKED Returns, we will offer exchange/replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item was DOA, then we will pay the shipping charges. We will also pay the shipping fee to send you a replacement.
Warranty does not include changing mind, wrong ordering and misuse. For any other return request, please notify us to request an RMA number, before returning the item. Returns without RMA number may not be recognized or processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 14 days after we provide you with a RMA number. Any items that were part of any free or reduced shipping promotion will be assessed actual shipping costs. Please Note: Customers will receive less than a full credit on any merchandise returned to ZaX’s List as refused or undeliverable shipment; a 20% restocking fee will be charge to your account.
