Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used, worn, washed or altered merchandise cannot be accepted.

1- Please use USPS to make the return.
2 In the customs declaration CONTENTS you have to mark the item as "GIFT ", (NOT returned goods).
3 In the VALUE box you have to put 12 $, ( NOT more ).
4- If these requirements are not fulfilled, the customs expenses will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
