Problem with your item? We’ll make it right. Contact us within 3 days of delivery to let us know there’s an issue and to arrange your return. Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery using the same service used to ship to you and with valid tracking. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund is issued.
Changed your mind about your purchase? We get it. That happens. You can still return your item within 14 days of delivery but you are responsible for return shipping costs via the same shipping method that the item was shipped to you and with valid tracking.
