We will accept Returns and Refunds within 10 days after buyer receives the product (not 10 days after purchase, so you’ll have more time to decide). All Returns are Free (no restocking fee) within those 10 days.
We won’t accept returns if product is damaged, unsealed, paperwork or pamphlets missing, tags missing, protective wrap missing or not in the same condition when shipped by seller. We must receive the product back in the same condition when it was shipped from our warehouse.
If timepiece is received after the 10th day, there will be a 30% restocking fee. No returns are accepted after the 30 days from when buyer received product. All Returns must be communicated to us via email within 5 days of receipt of product. We will refund your money once we receive the product back.
Buyer pays all return shipping.
