The pamphlet is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all, but there are a few hand written notations within the pamphlet, and a few small tears along the creases and yellowing with age. The pamphlet is 10” top to bottom, 6.75” side to side and opens up to 10” top to bottom and 13.5” side to side. I am unsure of the exact age of the pamphlet. It is a nice one, and would be a great collectible piece.
