Item description

Westmoreland 9" Ruby Buzz Star Pattern Vase -Scarce! This is a Westmoreland Glass Ruby Vase in the Pattern Line #224 â“Buzz Star. 9” tall X 4 1/4” across rim X 3” across foot â“weighing 2# 8oz. Has a worn WG foil sticker on it. This Piece is shown in a Westmoreland SPECIALTY Company Catalog dated 1917 [I only have a Copy] and probably in crystal only. In 1983 it was reintroduced in this Fab RUBY! Needless to say, it was a short time [1984] before the company closed, and this would have made for a very limited production of this piece. Only reference I have for this Ruby Vase is from a 1993 Book by R. Grizel, in which she writes that the Buzz Star Pattern was first made around 1910. Photos taken in direct sunlight. *NOTE: NO INTERNATIONAL SALES. Thank you for looking! NO Returns--items are as described and asis. [only exception is if I inadvertently sent a completely DIFFERENT item than was pictured. Please ask any questions prior to BUYING! More photos can be sent to you -let me know what you need! I will usually Ship as soon as possible [One business day] AFTER payment is received or cleared. Multiple purchases will be combined, if possible, safe, and/or less expensive. Glass will be well packed.
