I don't know the history of the railroad advertising lighters that I have. They may have been a purchase on the train or they could have been a service award to an employee, or a giveaway to a vendor. I don't know if it works. The finish and logo have a few scratches on each side. It is primarily silvertone/chrome with the railroad logo in the center. Overall it has a silver like finish. It has never been used to light a cigarette as the flint/wick is unused and the screw on the bottom to add fluid has never been removed. I have indicated used to differentiate condition from my new in the box items and these that have been in a bag with other lighters. We must collect 6% Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax at checkout.
