Tips for achieving optimum coverage on gray hair:

1. Select a shade level 8 or darker for best coverage; Lighter shades will create a translucent effect.

2. Shades from Natural or Gold Family will produce a more natural result with optimum coverage.

3. Apply generously, starting at the area with highest percentage of gray or most resistant.

4. For better coverage on hair that is more than 50% gray, use a fashion shade from the Red Family and mix with equal parts of Wella colorcharm Natural or Gold shade at the same level.

RETURNS

Original Shipping fees handling charges are non-refundable
Return and exchanges are only available within 14 days of receiving item.
All items must be returned in the original package and unused conditions. (In case of missing original packaging, we cannot offer 100% money back for the item.)
All clearance and chemical items are non-refundable.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges.
Exchanges to different items due to customer's change of mind, will result in another shipping charge at the customer's responsibility.
