Some of the paper stuck to the toggle (it looks like there is some color missing but it's not another color, it's just a small piece of paper stuck to it) but I think you should be able to remove it by soaking it in some water wiping it off. Also, the inside close to the zipper line (shown in a pic) looks like the stitching is old, making it look worn. However, it has never been used has tags attached to it. This is the only one that I have left of this design so it is a sold as is.
