Measures about 10-1/4" X about 13-1/2" - 74 pages, or which 59 have been used for scrap-booking -- published 1955 by Whitman Publishing Co. (WI), Whitman catalog #3755.
My sister and I were both active after-school viewers of WALT DISNEY'S MICKEY MOUSE CLUB in the early 1950s, and each of us had our own individual MICKEY MOUSE CLUB SCRAP BOOKS. I devoted mine to Walt Disney (or pseudo-Walt Disney) related items, which I cut from magazines, newspapers, catalogs, comic books, writing tablets, cereal boxes, and so forth, from 1955 until 1957 (the earliest items in the scrap book seem to be related to LADY AND THE TRAMP (1955), while among the last items are clippings about JOHNNY TREMAIN (1957)). And, in between, there is an odd collection of Disneyana (or pseudo-Disneyana) clippings, featuring PINOCCHIO ; SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS ; BAMBI ; 20,000 LEAGUES UNDER THE SEA ; LEGENDS OF DAVY CROCKETT ; WESTWARD HO! THE WAGONS ; THE GREAT LOCOMOTIVE CHASE ; THE AFRICAN LION ; ALICE IN WONDERLAND ; CINDERELLA ; THE THREE LITTLE PIGS ; PETER PAN ; FANTASIA ; TREASURE ISLAND ; MARS -- AND BEYOND ; SLEEPING BEAUTY ; SONG OF THE SOUTH ; DAVY CROCKETT THE RIVER PIRATES ; THE LITTLEST OUTLAW ; SPIN MARTY ; DAVY CROCKETT THE GREAT KEELBOAT RACE ; PERRI ; ROB ROY ; THE HARDY BOYS ; SEAL ISLAND ; MAN IN FLIGHT ; and others, plus assorted clippings about DISNEYLAND and the MICKEY MOUSE CLUB -- as well as additional non-Disney clippings, which my childish mind associated with Walt Disney, even though they were NOT Disney items. And -- be advised -- I was only 8 years old when I began pasting clippings into this scrap book, so it is not "professional looking." However, it is definitely a kick to catch a glimpse of so much 1950s Disneyana, all in one messy spot!
Shipping charges include postage (including USPS Tracking on domestic shipments), packaging materials, labor and fuel (the nearest post office is 14 MILES away!); but I do combine shipping charges on multiple items -- so fill up that cart NOW an' save some $$$!
