Vintage PINKING Sewing Shears Awesome 8" Scissors with the ORIGINAL BOX - INSERT - FLYER The scissors themselves are in pretty decent condition This set of Forged Steel PINKING Scissors is labeled on the handle as: RAY SHEARS CO - Cincinatti OHIO, MADE IN THE USA, Patent Pending. The original box is a textured cardboard that is PINK (get it? Pinking Shears :) with SILVER Printing and a pinking design surrounding the printing that says: RAY LINE PINKING SHEARS RAY SHEARS CO Cincinatti 26, Ohio  The scissors are in good condition and will need cleaning. These have been used so are not perfect HOWEVER, there is no rust, pitting or nicks in the blades and parts are original. The box these are in is in pretty darn good condition with slight imperfections and 2 small tears where it has been opened used thru the years. Whoever owned these in the past was probably a master seamstress who took very good care of her tools!
