This is a Vintage Handled Mug from maybe 1980s that has the Monterey California Police Department Shield on the front and Gold Trim. I have a lot of these from different Police Department - some are now obsolete - and they were made by a company in Watsonville and also in Freedom California which is close to Watsonville - some are marked and some are not but they are all the same so I think the unmarked ones belong to one or the other company.
