The cup is in very good condition with no chips or cracks, however, it is a bit dusty and will need to be washed. It is a fabulous classic winter scene that would be great to use during the holiday season. I am unsure of the exact age of the cup however, this pattern was made from 1953 and discontinued in 2003. The cup is 2.25" tall, 2" deep, 3.5" in diameter at the top rim, the handle adds another inch to that side, and it is about 1.25" in diameter at the base ring.
