I don't know what makes this piece new or used because of how clean it looks. I don't remember it ever being on display or having a box, nothing is marked by who made this, accept the sticker on the bottom showing "Made in the USA." This possible is made out of aluminum, as my magnet didn't pick it up. Size is just over 5.5" inches in height and depending where you measure, up to 3.5" wide. This was meant to be displayed facing forward, as the first picture shows. Outside of that info I can give you about it, please review all pictures and ask questions prior to purchasing.
