Most original work is much thinner, longer, or too short to fit a standard frame. Sadly, many print suppliers crop vintage art to make it fit today's sizes, but this risks losing beautiful parts of the artwork. I believe that you should be able to view the old artwork in its full glory. And so you'll find many of the prints here have non-standard white borders.
