This sale is for a Vintage Decorative Evelyn Upton Atomizer with a Cloth Bag which stands 1 3/4 inches tall, 1 1/4 inches across and 1/2 inch deep. It looks like a cigarette lighter and features the same decoration on both sides. Not tested with perfume. The mechanics of the atomizer pop up when released. Some wear and discoloration on it.
