HEY VIV RETURN POLICY

• Returns, for refund of the purchase price are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery. No items will be accepted for return or exchange after 30 days. Exchanges are not available.

• The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped in.
  Any problems with damage during shipping will be taken up with the shipping company. We will be glad to assist with this.

• Returns can be done through the Post Office. We suggest that shipments be insured for your protection. Please let us know when you’ve shipped. We’ll let you know when your package arrives and a refund has been issued.

• Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

• All returns should include a copy of the receipt. Without a copy of the receipt the processing of your return may be delayed.

• Refunds are issued by the same method as you originally paid.
