Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days from the shipping date for a full refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. .

Item must returned in same condition as it was received and with all original tags still attached, original packaging, accessories such as cords and remote controls, certificates, manuals, warranty, and rebate cards. This applies to all returned items. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded but a Virtual Mamas Place store credit may be issued.

All returns must be approved by Virtual Mama’s Place prior to the return being made.
If you receive an item that is damaged or there is some other issue, please contact us for return instructions and indicate the reason for the return. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
