RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All sales are final, except for goods damaged in transit only.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT
If your item arrives damaged: Please take photos of the damaged item AND the damaged packaging and send via email to [email protected] as soon as possible.
Please save the shipping box/container and all packing materials to return with your damaged shipment.
I am not a business, and Returns are expensive and costly for me, which I can not afford), so I do my best to describe items and point out any flaws or defects, so PLEASE examine item photos & descriptions, or ask questions Before ordering.
We ship fast, usually in one to two days, so if you change your mind, please let us know as soon as possible.
If your item is returned, refused or undeliverable, I will try to contact you to verify that it was in error. If the error was on our part, I will make any necessary corrections and re-ship at my expense.
If your undelivered item was an error on your part, and you would like your item re-shipped, I have to charge the postage cost to reship your item. Otherwise, I will issue a refund, MINUS the cost of shipping and handling, and any other charges or fees I may have incurred. (*Special circumstances not withstanding)
Returns must be approved via email with explanation and if applicable, with photos.
