Published in February of 1939, the magazine is known as "Child Life" and features a Marie A. Lawson cover. It includes a number of illustrated articles including one called "A Rare Provider" by Carol Ryrie Brink. Another story is called "With Bertram in Africa" by Paul T. Gilbert. The back cover advertises Washington State Apples. It has some wear along the spine and edges and some small tears along the spine on the back cover but no writing in it and no torn or missing pages. It has a tear on the top of the front cover. The spine has begun to tear and separate the front cover from the back cover with it only connected by a 3 inch piece of paper.
