It is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, but one of the flower petals on the lowest rose on the front is broken off. It is also a little dusty, and has some light stains on it, so it will need to be washed. I am unsure of the age or origins of the vase. It is 8" tall, 7.5" deep, 2.75" from side to side, and 2.5" from front to back. It is a very nice rose vase, with a great three dimensional rose pattern on the front.
