You're looking at an Art LB-14 cast iron match safe or holder with double pockets. The strike plates are on both sides of the pockets and on the underside of both pockets. This one has a floral arrangement in the bottom pocket with blue, pink, yellow flowers and greenery. This can be removed if you chose too. it is wall mounted and would look attractive in almost any setting such as cottage, primitive or for a splash of color in the kitchen by itself or with other cast iron things. If you are an avid collector of match safe holders or just looking for a practical way to have your matches near this is it. Measures 7" long x 4" wide. Great condition.
