Beautiful antique lady's head cameo has a substantial 10K Gold engraved frame. It is marked 10K on the end of the clasp, but too small to get a good photo. The antique cameo appears white but when holding it up to light, it has a faint pink cast around the face. Has a bail for a necklace and pin back as well. Excellent condition. 1" tall and 3/4" wide.
