Returns and Defects

Errors in shipped items must be brought to the attention of TobaccoGeek within 72 hours after receiving the item.

No returns are accepted after 30 days and must be pre-approved for return.

Defective items will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty after 30 days.

Refund given as Money back or replacement.

Return shipping will be paid by TG Stuff

All returns must contain all the original factory packaging and show no evidence of use or wear, and in with Zippo Product, the Orange Security Seal must not be broken (this prevents TG Stuff from reselling the item).
