Not a complete set. Missing pieces such as the middle floor piece on the inside of one side of the building plus other parts. Bert and Ernie's beds are missing the foam. There are scratches and scuffs present and several spots. Please note in the last picture I am pointing to a broken piece where the set locks on the top. Please take a look at all pictures to determine condition for yourself before deciding to make a purchase. Thanks for looking!
