Simplicity Designer's 8094; 1949; Misses' Afternoon Dress: The scarf-like fullness of the neckline is gathered into a line just over the diaphragm, under which the midriff of the dress fits snugly buttons in place with three buttons. The slightly flared skirt has a deep inverted pleat in center front center back. Version A has loose, three-quarter sleeves, while Version B has short sleeves. A Simplicity Designer's Pattern.
