Replacement items and refunds will be issued within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in the same condition it was when you received it. Item can not be used or worn, altered, packaging opened or tag removed. Sorry, but return shipping will not be refunded. If item is returned and initial shipping was free, the actual shipping rate will be subtracted from purchase price and then refunded unless item was damaged or defective when you received it.
