The book measures 12 x 9 1/2 inches. The binding is in good shape but the covers are not. My father in law had it stored in his garage and something leaked on it. The damage can be seen in the photos. The interior of the book is in very good condition. The first few pages show a little bit of moisture damage but they are not discolored.
