Item description

Ink marks on the wraps. Staining to the wraps and some pages. Ribbon starting to peel from the front wrap. Wear and wrinkles Tabernacle Publishing is no more, having been purchased in the mid-1920's by Hope Publishing. The location of Hope Publishing at that time is the same as that noted on the title page so the earliest date this book was published would be shortly before the Great Depression began. There is no Postal Zone so it predates the war. The history of Hope Publishing Co. is dismal from the 1930's to the end of the War and they published very little. The Mather family is well represented in the South Bend area. The Church itself was active in the 1920's-1950's and perhaps later so the book could easily have been used by the Church in the 20's: the design itself does not reinforce a post-war publication although we cannot date it. Winning bid pays economy shipping to any location serviced by domestic USPS including APO. Please allow additional time for deliveries outside the contiguous 48 states.
