RETURNS:
We accept returns and exchanges within seven days of when your package was delivered. Please pack the item carefully with original packaging + include your name and order number in the box. In addition, would you please send items being returned in a bubble mailer envelope (so objects do not become damaged in the mail)
A 20% re-stocking fee is deducted for all return reasons except the product is faulty or broken.
We don’t accept personalized pieces return unless we make an error. However, we certainly want you to be happy with your purchase. So if we didn’t get something right, please message us.
