RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All sales are final, except for goods damaged in transit.

If your shipment is damaged when it arrives, Please take photographs of the damaged package and any damages to the contents, and send the photos within 3-5 business days, (not counting the day your shipment arrived, weekends or Holidays).

Please save all packaging and packing materials to return with your damaged item(s)

Due to Health regulations, Intimate items, sets with intimate items, pants, shorts, panties, pantyhose, bodystockings, costumes, wigs etc. are not returnable, (unless defective or damaged in transit of course).
