We will gladly accept any returns or exchange within 30 days of delivery. In order to qualify for an exchange or refund the item must be returned in its original condition and unused and unaltered. Items that arrive faulty or not as described qualify for a return or refund, we will not accept returns for reasons such as “just changed my mind” and no returns are accepted on custom made orders unless its factory fault, please make sure all your measurements and requirements are correct when placing a custom order.
