You can make your offer during the checkout process as long as you do not live in a state where marketplace facilitator tax laws exist. Check your state. If you are on a mobile device, please message the seller directly to submit your offer.

All of our items are inspected prior to shipment, and many come New In Package (NIP.) Sometimes blemishes can be missed. Please contact us through the email provided if there are problems with your order.

If the reason for the return is an error by our store, we will pay for return shipping. For all other returns the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. (All clothing related items have measurements in the listing. If an item does not fit, the cost of the return will be assumed by the buyer.)

All returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receipt of the item, determined by tracking information.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in the state in which it is received, this generally means with the tags still on the item. We ask our buyers to try on our items before taking off the tags. Removal of tags devalues the item for further resale.

Once accepted, returns will be processed within 3 business days, and the cost of the item as well as the initial shipping costs will be refunded.
